Ways to reach us
Pick whichever suits what you need.
The phone line is answered during office hours. Text is best for a photo or a quick question. Email is best for anything you want in writing.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Messages left outside these hours are picked up the next working day. If something in your apartment is unsafe — no heat, no water, a leak you cannot stop, or a door that will not secure — call the office line and say so, and if there is immediate danger call 911.
Send a message
Tell us what you need.
Send the form and we will come back to you — usually the same working day, and within one business day. If it is urgent, call instead: the form is read by a person, but the phone is faster.
We can help with:
- Available apartments, viewings and applications
- Rent, payments and the tenant portal
- Maintenance requests and repairs
- Complaints about a building or a tenancy
- Owners who want their building managed

Questions
Before you call.
How quickly will I hear back?
Messages sent through this form or by email are answered within one business day, and often sooner. Phone and text messages are answered during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. A maintenance emergency should always be a phone call rather than a form.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We work across the Bronx and handle most things by phone, text, email and the portals. Call or email before setting out, so we can tell you where to go and make sure someone is there to see you.
Where do I apply for an apartment?
Applications are made online through the application form. Browse the available apartments first, then apply — one application covers every unit you are interested in and our team will call you when there is a match.
I am a tenant and I need to pay rent.
Pay through the tenant portal. If you cannot get in, or a payment has not shown up, call or text the office — see the online payments page for what to tell us.
I own a building. Who do I speak to about management?
Send the owner form on the owners page or call the office. Tell us the address, roughly how many units, and what you would like taken off your plate, and we will set out what we would do and what it costs.
Ready when you are
Start with a call, or start an application.
The office line is the quickest answer. If you already know which apartment you want, the online application takes a few minutes.
