H20 Property Services manages residential apartments in the Bronx, New York. We rent the units we manage, look after the buildings, and stay reachable to the people living in them.

H20 Property Services is a property management company. We manage residential buildings across the Bronx — studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments — and we handle the work that comes with them: leasing the units, collecting the rent, coordinating repairs, and dealing with the questions tenants have in between.
Because we manage the buildings we advertise, the person who shows you an apartment is on the same team as the person you call when something breaks. That is the whole idea: one address for the tenancy, rather than a letting agent who disappears after the lease is signed and a landlord who only appears when the rent is late.
We are a management company, not a call centre. The office line, the text line and the tenant portal all lead to the same team, and we would rather you used them than sat on a problem because you were not sure who to tell.

Management looks uneventful from the outside when it is being done well. This is what it consists of.
