The H2O mark and the site artwork

The H2O droplet-and-roof mark, the favicon, and the social sharing image used for links to this site are original artwork drawn for H20 Property Services. They are not taken from a stock library or from another company, they are not covered by a third-party licence, and they are not offered for reuse.

Apartment photographs

Photographs shown on apartment listings are supplied by H20 Property Services or by the owner of the building for that specific listing, so that the unit being advertised is the unit being shown. They are used with the permission of the person who supplied them.

Third-party photography

This site currently uses no third-party stock photography and no Creative Commons photography. If that changes, the photographer, the original source and the licence for each image will be listed on this page before the image is published — including the licence's attribution wording, and a link to the licence itself.

Maps and other embedded services

If a listing displays a map, the map imagery and map data come from the mapping service named in the attribution shown on the map itself, and are used under that service's own terms. Those tiles are not H20's images and are not covered by this page's list.

Corrections and takedowns

If you believe an image on this site is yours and has been used without permission or with the wrong credit, email management@h20llc.com with the page address and the image, and we will look at it promptly. We would rather fix a credit than keep a mistake published.
